Characteristics of Trainings
School Leadership Program (SLP) Teacher Development Program (TDP)

Head teachers will be trained in 2 levels ( each level consists of 4 days) on the following :

Training Contents of SLP Level-I

  4. Introduction to EVS Program
  5. Management , School Management as a PEF partner

  8. QAT pattern & procedures, QAT sample papers
  9. Introduction to NSP
  10. Role of Parents , Ways of developing linkages with Parents and community
  11. Introduction to finance department
  12. Cash register & its maintenance
  13. Salary register & its maintenance
  14. Income & Expense statement
  15. Preparation of School Academic Calendar and Timetable
  16. Introduction to CPDP
  17. School Record
  18. What is an effective school?
  19. Introduction to M & E
  20. PEF inspection framework
